IteraMesh Personal Use License 1.0

1. Permission

The creator or other rights holder grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to download the identified Model and make physical prints of it solely for your personal, noncommercial use, subject to these terms.

2. Preparing a print

You may slice, scale, orient, add supports to, repair and convert the Model only as reasonably necessary to manufacture your permitted personal print. This does not give you permission to distribute the original file or any prepared, converted, repaired or modified digital version.

3. Printing services

You may provide the Model to a printing service solely to manufacture a permitted print for you. The service acts on your behalf and may not retain, reuse, publish, sell, license or distribute the Model after completing the order. You remain responsible for complying with this licence.

4. Restrictions

You must not:

• upload, host, share, transfer, sublicense, sell or otherwise distribute the Model or any digital version derived from it;
• sell, rent or otherwise commercially supply physical prints of the Model;
• use the Model or its prints primarily for commercial advantage or monetary compensation;
• remove creator, copyright or licence notices; or
• claim authorship or ownership of the Model’s design.

5. Photos of your print

You may publish photographs or video of a permitted physical print if you credit the named creator and identify the Model when it is reasonably practical to do so. This permission covers the media you create, not redistribution of the Model file.

6. Ownership

The creator or other identified rights holder keeps all copyright and ownership in the Model. Downloading or printing it transfers no ownership of the design to you. Rights not expressly granted by this licence are reserved.

7. Breach and other terms

Your permission under this licence ends automatically if you breach it. The Model is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. IteraMesh’s service terms continue to govern your use of the platform and do not expand this licence.
