Terms

Terms of service

These terms apply when you use IteraMesh (iteramesh.com), operated by Wolffia Pty Ltd, a company registered in Victoria, Australia. They exist so both sides know what to expect: what the service does, what is asked of you, and what is not promised.

What IteraMesh does

IteraMesh generates 3D-printable models from measurements and settings you choose. You can customize and download without an account. It is free, and there is nothing to pay.

Generation costs us computing time, so there is a fair-use limit: currently ten distinct designs per rolling 24 hours, with or without an account. A design counts the first time you receive it through Generate, even if we already have its file. Generating the same design again and downloading an existing Preset file do not use another generation. We may adjust this limit to keep the service available.

Who may use it

You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you use IteraMesh for an employer or client, you confirm you may accept these terms for them.

Accounts

  • You sign in with a one-time email link or with Google. Keep access to that email address secure: anyone who can read it can sign in.
  • One account per person, and don’t share it.
  • Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy for what happens to your information.

Using IteraMesh fairly

Please don’t:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to;
  • work around the generation limits, for example by clearing sessions to generate more, or by automating bulk generation;
  • attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach data that is not yours;
  • publish or upload anything you do not have the rights to, or anything that breaks our safety policy;
  • use a model for a purpose the safety policy excludes, such as a vehicle safety part or a load-bearing component.

If something here is broken, we may remove content, or suspend or close an account. A person decides any permanent removal, and you can respond or appeal by emailing [email protected].

Models, licenses and your work

  • What you may do with a model you generate or download is set by its licence. The licences page explains the supported terms, and every Model or Template page shows the licence that applies to its file.
  • The settings and configurations you save stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to run the service, such as generating your files and showing your saved work.
  • The IteraMesh name, logo, site design and text remain the property of Wolffia Pty Ltd.

What we do not promise

Every generated file is checked for being a valid, correctly sized shape. That is all we check. We do not test printed parts, and cannot promise a model will fit, hold, or suit any particular use. How a part turns out depends on your measurements, printer, material and settings. Please read the safety policy before relying on a printed part.

The service is provided as it is. We may change, pause or stop it, and we do not promise it will always be available or that files will be kept forever. Generated files are a cache; your saved settings are what persist, and a model can be regenerated from them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using IteraMesh or anything printed from it, including damage to property, lost time, lost data or lost profit. Deciding whether a printed part is fit and safe for your purpose is yours.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date above. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use IteraMesh after that means the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and Wolffia Pty Ltd submit to the courts of Victoria, and the courts that hear appeals from them. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away rights you have where you live.
